I purchased this 110mm chamfer tool after looking at all the positive reviews, either it is faulty or this product does not work as advertised. I’ve been in contact with the manufacturer, who first said I must be using it wrong. I wasn’t. I then sent him a video to prove this, as requested. He said he would send me a replacement but after 3 weeks, I am still waiting and nothing has arrived. After watching and studying the Metex’s promotional video on this product, all I can say is that it has been doctored as this product simply does not work. I have attached a video of the mess it has made of the pipe, I’m sure you’ll agree this finish would never be suitable and would never form a proper seal. Alan
